Resumen
Este trabajo tiene por objetivo argumentar sobre el valor del caso único en investigaciones psicoanalíticas.

Los cuestionamientos desde ámbitos instituídos parecen querer llevarnos a antiguos paradigmas de pensamiento que nos recuerdan las "Resistencias contra el Psicoanálisis", como así también las resistencias de muchos psicoanalistas a pensar desde paradigmas de la complejidad.

La idea de suministrar la veracidad de los hechos era propia del siglo XIX . Freud intentó romper con esto más allá de sus contradicciones.
Las ciencias de las prácticas humanas requieren en la actualidad, del debate entre el consenso y las diferencias que giran en torno a su práctica.

La clínica para acceder a ser más rigurosa y testear las hipótesis teóricas deberá estar atenta al rol activo del analista que individualiza el hecho observable y al procedimiento que utiliza para dicha observación.


Argumentations on unique case

Summary
This paper has the goal to discuss the value of the unique case in psychoanalytical researches.

The criticisms from some institutional positions seem lead us to old paradigms of thought that reminds us the “resistances to the psychoanalysis”, as much as the resistances of many psychoanalysts to think from paradigms of the complexity.

The idea of bringing the veracity of the facts was inherent of the XIX century. Freud tried to break with that, beyond his contradictions.

Nowadays the sciences of the human practices need of the debate between the usual conceptions and the differences derivated from its practice.

Aiming to access to be more rigorous and to test the theoretical hypothesis the clinic should be alert to the active role of the analyst that individualize observable fact and the procedure that uses in that observation.
