Las Hipótesis Intermedias en la construcción un instrumento diagnóstico: El Cuestionario.

Resumen
En este trabajo me propongo describir la operacionalización de las hipótesis intermedias para la construcción  de un instrumento diagnóstico, en este caso un cuestionario, que forma  parte de una investigación. Se  correlacionan variables y se construye una tipología de los trastornos del dormir y del soñar en pacientes con patología orgánica. También examino algunos parámetros clínicos que hacen al diagnóstico psicoterapéutico en el abordaje de las enfermedades orgánicas, teniendo en cuenta un enfoque neurofisiológico desde la articulación entre el psicoanálisis y la neurofisiología, tema al que dediqué esta investigación.

El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en exponer  las hipótesis intermedias para fundamentar las preguntas construídas en el instrumento de recolección de datos, es decir el cuestionario creado a los fines de la investigación  que explora los vínculos existentes entre las distintas variables: a) función del dormir, b) función del sueño, c) patología oncológica, y determinar qué relaciones existen  entre ellas.

El cuestionario construído a los efectos de esta investigación, tiene la intención de explorar las actividades del dormir y del soñar en pacientes oncológicos como una expresión de la vida psíquica en general. La actividad onírica nos puede dar cuenta de otras actividades del psiquismo de un sujeto. Me voy a referir a dos de ellas, la categoría “Trastornos del dormir” TD y la categoría “Trastornos del soñar” TS.


Intermediate hypothesis in the construction of a disagnosis instrument: The questionnaire

Abstract
In this paper my aim is to describe the intermediate hypothesis operationalism for the construction of the diagnosis instrument, in this case a questionnaire that is part of an investigation. Variables are correlated, and a typoly is build of the disorders in the sleep and the dreams in patients with organic pathology. Also I studied some clinic parameters related to the psychotherapeutic diagnosis in the treatment of the organic diseases taking into account a neurophysiological view from the articulation is related.

The main purpose of this work is to expose the intermediate hypothesis in order to support the questions framed in the instrument of data collection, this is to say, the questionnaire created for the investigation that explores the exiting links between the different variables: a) function of sleep, b) function of dream, c) oncological pathology, and determine the relation between them.

The questionnaire constructed for this investigation has the intention to explore the sleep and dream activities in oncological patients as an expression of the psychic life in general. The oniric activity can offer clues of other activities of a patient psychology. I am going to refer to two of them, the category "sleep disorder"(SD) and the category "dream disorder" (DD).
